1. Product Definitions & Licensing Tiers

Stonic AI is a premium Sci-Fi AI Desktop Experience. Access is provided under three distinct licensing tiers. All pricing is in US Dollars (USD) and involves one-time payments.

Stonic App — $49 USD

  • Usage: Personal lifetime license for the complete Stonic AI desktop experience.
  • Rights: No resell, rebrand, or redistribution rights. Source code access is not included.
  • Updates: Includes lifetime minor updates and critical bug fixes.
  • Support: Priority WhatsApp support and VIP WhatsApp community access included.

Source Code — $ USD

  • Usage: Personal and educational license for current source code package.
  • Architecture: Includes Legacy UI code only. Does not include latest modern UI designs.
  • Rights: No resell, rebrand, or redistribution rights.
  • Support: Includes 7-day initial WhatsApp setup support. No future updates or lifetime support.

Source Code Pro — $290 USD

  • Usage: Full access to source code including latest Modern UI and core engine.
  • Rights: Resell and rebrand rights for ONE commercial product. You cannot sub-license or distribute the raw source code.
  • Concierge Setup: Includes remote setup via AnyDesk and Google Meet strategy calls as needed.
  • Updates: Lifetime access to current version. Future major code updates can be purchased for a one-time fee of $15 USD per update.
  • Support: VIP WhatsApp community access + 24/7 priority support.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The original source code, architecture, design system, UI/UX assets, and core algorithms remain the exclusive property of Stonic AI (Inventor Usman). Your purchase grants you a specific usage license according to your tier but does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property ownership.

3. Modification of Services

Stonic AI reserves the right to modify pricing, features, and these terms at any time. However, any changes to pricing or licensing terms will not retroactively affect completed one-time purchases.

4. Support Channels

Official support is provided exclusively via WhatsApp and our VIP Community Group. We do not use email ticketing for technical support. Google Meet and AnyDesk sessions are reserved for Source Code Pro buyers to ensure professional setup and enterprise-grade performance.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

Our software is provided "AS IS". While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or absolute compatibility with every system configuration.

Buyers are responsible for managing their own third-party API keys (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI), hosting environments, and end-user deployments. Stonic AI is not liable for any costs incurred through third-party services.

6. No Subscription Model

Stonic AI does not operate on a subscription basis. There are no monthly fees, cancellation penalties, or reactivation charges. Access is permanent based on the version purchased.
