1. All Sales Are Final
Stonic AI provides digital software and source code products. Due to the nature of digital delivery and immediate access to intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access is granted or files are delivered, we cannot process any reimbursement.
2. No Subscription Cancellations
Since Stonic AI does not operate on a recurring subscription model, there are no monthly charges to cancel or prorated refunds to process. Future updates for certain tiers are purchased as one-time add-ons and are subject to the same "no refund" policy.
3. Delivery & Access Issues
If you encounter a technical barrier preventing you from accessing your purchase, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of the transaction. Our engineering team will assist via remote setup (source code tiers) or alternative download links to ensure successful delivery.
4. Fraudulent Disputes
Initiating unauthorized disputes or chargebacks without contacting support first will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your software license and access to the Stonic community.
