- 3If Windows SmartScreen appears, choose More info → Run anyway. This prompt is normal for new publishers.
- 4Follow the installer steps and launch Stonic from your desktop when it finishes.

Windows SmartScreen shows a warning when I run the installer.
This is standard for newly published Windows apps and does not mean the file is unsafe. Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”. Always make sure you downloaded the installer from stonicai.com — never from a third-party site.
My antivirus flags the app during installation.
Because Stonic automates your PC (moving the mouse, controlling windows), some antivirus tools are cautious at first. Add Stonic to your antivirus allow-list and re-run the installer. If you’re unsure, message support and we’ll walk you through it live.
Stonic can’t hear me / the microphone isn’t working.
Open Windows Settings → Privacy & security → Microphone, and make sure microphone access is enabled for desktop apps. Then check that the correct input device is selected in your sound settings and restart Stonic.
I purchased a plan but my account isn’t activated yet.
Activations are processed quickly after payment confirmation. If your access hasn’t unlocked, contact us on WhatsApp with your payment receipt and the email you signed in with — we’ll activate you right away.
The interface feels slow on my machine.
Close heavy background apps and make sure your GPU drivers are up to date — the cinematic UI uses hardware acceleration. On older machines, reducing other startup programs makes a noticeable difference.
