Stonic AI sells digital software and source code exclusively. There is no physical shipping involved. All products are delivered electronically via secure download links and digital access credentials.

2. Delivery Method

After successful payment confirmation, the buyer receives a secure download link and product access details via email and WhatsApp. No physical media or shipment is required.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery is processed instantly upon payment confirmation. In most cases, delivery is completed within 30 minutes. The maximum delivery window is 24 hours from the time the transaction is verified.

4. Tier-Specific Delivery

  • Stonic App: Instant secure download link and software activation details are provided immediately after payment.
  • Source Code: Full source code download package and onboarding documentation are delivered via email and WhatsApp.
  • Source Code Pro: Complete source code download package, onboarding documentation, and remote setup assistance via AnyDesk are included. A team member will coordinate the remote session with the buyer directly.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Buyers should check their email inbox (including the spam/junk folder) and WhatsApp for delivery confirmation and access details. If access is not received within the stated 24-hour timeframe, please contact our support team immediately.

6. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If a buyer faces any issue receiving their product or accessing their download link, they should contact us immediately. Our team will resend the download link or assist with setup to ensure successful delivery.
